The Workflow Sensei Method is a digital book delivered as a PDF file, approximately 108 pages in length, containing original frameworks, principles, and written content on the subject of operating a business with artificial intelligence. The Product is delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
The price of the Product is 47 EUR / USD (or local equivalent as displayed at checkout), payable in a single one-time payment. The price is final and includes any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product via a link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate and in any case within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive your download link, contact urbandeals@urbandeals.es and we will resolve the issue.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants jurisdiction to the courts of the consumer's domicile.

The Workflow Sensei Method is a downloadable digital ebook delivered as a PDF file. Unlike physical goods, a digital file cannot be "returned" — once it has been delivered to you, it cannot be retrieved, and you retain a usable copy. For this reason, the refund conditions below differ from those of physical products.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has commenced, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Once you have downloaded or accessed the Product, the sale is considered final. No refunds are issued after the file has been downloaded, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 3 below.
This rule exists for two reasons: digital files cannot be returned, and the entire value of the Product is delivered at the moment of download. We ask all customers to read the product description, sample excerpt, and audience guidance on the sales page before purchasing.
Notwithstanding Section 2, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:
If the PDF file you receive is corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise technically defective and we are unable to deliver a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. You must report the defect within 7 days of purchase by emailing urbandeals@urbandeals.es with a description of the issue.
If you complete a payment but never receive the download link, and we are unable to provide one within 7 days of your report, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you accidentally purchase the same Product more than once, the duplicate transaction will be fully refunded upon request.
Where applicable mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you a refund right that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights apply.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you have any concern about your purchase, please contact us first. We will work to resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in revocation of your license to use the Product and may be reported to the relevant authorities as a misuse of consumer-protection mechanisms.
